
The classes will follow the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month in the fellowship hall. Families are welcome.
Expect simple instructions on how to prepare and cook the food followed by some preparation time in small groups of 4, and then we’ll enjoy a meal together. During the meal there will be additional health topics that we’ll watch on the TV.
Come when you can, or come for every class. Plan on a casual environment where we can learn and share together. Our first class will focus on grains and insoluble fiber.
